Lightning Legs emphasises FUN
Each session is packed with exciting sport and physical activities that help develop fundamental movement skills, and our coaches are always ready to bring high levels of energy and enthusiasm!
At Lightning Legs, our goal is to help children make the connection between participating in exercise and feeling good while having lots of fun, interacting and building relationships with their friends and peers. Gross motor skills developed at an early age are the foundations which your child will build on in the future. Through active participation in our Lightning Legs' classes, your child will discover, explore and refine their gross motor skills.
All our classes are designed to introduce children to physical activity and sport from the youngest age possible. We cater for children aged 2 to 6 years.
In each Lightning Legs' session, children will be introduced to different fundamental movement skills as well as important concepts about living a healthy lifestyle. We make this introduction to physical activity in a warm, safe, encouraging environment, free from the pressure of competitive activities and fear of failure for the children.
Each of our terms stretch over a 10-week long period with sessions every Saturday morning. You can register your child at any point throughout the term, even after it has started. If you're new to Lightning Legs, your child's first class will always be a free trial! After their free trial, you will be able to register them for the rest of that term.
